This 8-Week Retreat Host Certification Program is brought to you by TELA Collective - our IATA and Virtuoso accredited retreat planning agency - and is designed to teach you the exact framework behind building retreats that are profitable, partnership-driven, and built to last.

Our curriculum is the only Retreat Host Certification Program is rooted in experiential design. Our method has generated real results: over $1M in revenue, 100+ retreats hosted, 5+ brand partnerships and and countless memorable experiences spanning 15+ countries.

The Academy Summer cohort begins July 6 and will accept just 10 students per cohort.

    • 8-week online retreat host education program (live facilitation and specific to business needs)

    • Weekly In-person cohort based learning on our Course Platform (Circle) 

    • 1:1 support with a dedicated Retreat Planning Advisor 

    • Live sessions with our Founder and TELA Staff 

    • A cohort of hosts with access to a network of vendors

    • The Certification is open to all prospective retreat host across wellness, coaching, content creation looking for growth in their business model.

    • Great for Professionals who are considering building their first retreat

    • Great for Professionals who have or have created 1 Domestic or International Retreat

    • 2 hours per week, online, Monday 6-8pm EST and Optional Wednesday 6-8pm EST. Wednesday session offers optional 30-min slots for Office Hours.  

    • Develop, present, and receive feedback on your retreat plan

    • Meet with advisors, mentors, and other retreat host leaders

  • The TELA Academy curriculum has been developed based on 100+ TELA Past retreats generating 1M in revenue across 15 countries. The curriculum is also developed  in partnership with the Soul Therapy Studios and covers the following topics:

    • Module 2 – Profit, Budget & Pricing
